Returns or Exchanges:

Requests for product returns must be made within 7 calendar days after receiving your order, and exchange requests within 30 calendar days, both at no additional cost. Requests submitted after these periods will not be accepted.

To request an exchange or return, simply follow the steps below:

• Contact our team via WhatsApp.
• If the exchange is due to sizing, please specify the size you wish to receive. If it is a return due to change of mind, we will issue a refund of the amount paid.
• If the value of the new item is higher than the original purchase, you may pay the difference.
• The shipping cost for exchanges or returns is covered by us.
• Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions: items must have their internal tags (composition and logo) intact and attached to the product.

Shipping:

• Express shipping within the city of Rio de Janeiro, with delivery within up to 4 hours after purchase (select this option at checkout).
• We ship to all states in Brazil.
  We also offer international shipping (please contact us for a shipping quote).
• Orders are dispatched within up to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
